Sports Offered

At DPSN, we believe that sport is an integral part of our lives. Participation in athletics activities is a valuable aspect of a holistic education as it offers the students, the opportunities and the situations in which they are challenged to learn, to grow, and to achieve excellence.

Dance & Music

The School provides training in Western and Indian dance forms. The dance room with wooden floor has mirrors on one wall for self-observation. At major events and functions, the students put up mesmerizing performances trained by their teachers and dance experts. The music department boasts of a wide range of instruments such as Harmonium, Tabla, Piano, Guitar, Flute, Drum and Violin. The School offers facilities for both Western and Indian Classical Music – Vocal & Instrumental.

Art

Every Child has the Right to learn art of education and art otherwise as well.
It is important for all the students to know the art.

Smart Classrooms

Our classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated with ample natural and artificial lighting. Ergonomically designed furniture, a combination of white boards, display boards, teaching aid displays and LCD projection equipment, facilitate the learning process.



Laboratories

Laboratories have been set up for students to get real-time experience in the science and social science lessons.
Computer Laboratories: DPSN has a fully equipped air-conditioned computer lab. Large number of computers for students are interconnected through our Local Area Network to conduct classes. Both theoretical classes and practical classes are held.



Library cum Resource Centre

DPSN has a well-equipped Library, with an extensive range of reference books, newspapers, magazines, periodicals, educational CDs, computer workstations, printer and photocopier.

With our Smart Resources we wish to keep the Students up-to-date with today’s competitive world.

Activities

Physical fitness, achieved through team sports and fitness classes are a part of the total educational experience at DSPN.
